60 minute Power Vinyasa Flow - suitable for all levels

What is Power Vinyasa Yoga?
Power Vinyasa is one of the most dynamic styles of yoga, incorporating breath, movement, and focus. This is a great opportunity for practitioners of all levels, from the beginner to the well-versed. We will have some mats available but be sure to bring water and a towel if you have it.
