Sacramento is America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital. Our region has been an agricultural powerhouse for centuries, boasting a year-round growing season, ideal climate and a mouth-watering bounty of crops. Yet, 40% of Sacramento kids suffer from childhood obesity & only 4% of kids eat enough vegetables daily. The solution: food literacy.
